As you probably know, the highly successful Synaplex^TM program has been running in T&V for over three years!  Yasher Koach to everyone who’s been involved, without whose hard work our popular dinners, fascinating panels, spiritual yoga, and much more, would never have been possible.  THANK YOU!  

If you want to help with any aspect of these wonderful community building activities, the Synaplex^TM team is eager to hear from you.  Take a look at the volunteer positions and let us know what interests you.  We’re waiting for your email/call! 

 VOLUNTEER POSITIONS 

Come make new friends and share your talents! 

Design flyers for Young Adult Synaplex Dinners and distribute them.  Ability to produce paper and online versions needed.  Instructions will be given.  Free reign to display your design skills!   

Approximate time commitment: 1-5 hrs/month

Post events for Synaplex Shabbatot on T&V listserv and website (full schedule and specific events) and online/newspaper listings (specific events).  Training will be given.  Post paper flyers in local venues. 

Approximate time commitment: 5-10 hrs/month 

DINNER GIRL/GUY FRIDAY

Order food from vendor and help set up tables for dinners.  You’ll work with other members of the Synaplex team to decide menu and quantity.  

Approximate time comittement: 3 hrs/month.

Help set up tables for Friday night dinners.  

Approximate time commitment: 1 hr/month

Greet community and synagogue members Friday nights and sometimes Saturday afternoons/nights.  

Approximate time commitment: 1 hr/month
