ASL-interpreted Yom HaShoah Commemoration

We're thrilled to announce that, for the twelfth time, we'll be providing ASL interpretation for the annual Yom HaShoah (Holocaust Remembrance Day) Commemoration being presented by Downtown Jewish Life, a collection of Synagogues in Lower Manhattan that includes us at Town & Village (T&V, www.tandv.org) -- both in-person and on Zoom -- and hope that you can join us!

• WHAT: The "hybrid" ceremony (interpreters will be in-person AND visible via Zoom to those who can't join us in the Sanctuary) will include remarks from Rabbis from several area Synagogues, along with songs from the Cantors and Choirs of those Synagogues, Memorial Prayers, and remarks from a Guest Speaker.
• WHEN: 7:00 PM -- 8:15 PM ET (GMT-5) on Monday, May 6th
• WHERE: Brotherhood Synagogue, 28 Gramercy Park South in Manhattan, NOT at T&V
• WHO: Organized by Downtown Jewish Life; Interpreters are Jane Adler & Kathleen Taylor, whose work will be underwritten thanks to UJA-Federation of New York's Jewish Community Deaf Interpreting Fund.
